The High Point Arts Council is thrilled to welcome Irish cover band Banna, for an evening full of “Kilt-Kicking Celtic” music on Thursday, March 12, starting at 7:00 p.m. at the Centennial Station Arts Center! Tickets for this event are $10 and may be purchased in advance at highpointarts.org or at the door on the night of the event while tickets remain available.
From the green pastures and rolling hills of the Piedmont Triad in North Carolina, an infectious sound can be heard dancing on the wind. One trip across the sea inspired founder Jason Marc Pierce to bring this music back to the states and gather others along the way to continue to enhance the sound of what is now known as Banna. Brought together to bring Celtic music to all good people, Banna is quickly becoming the favorite pub band in the Triad and beyond. In addition to our performers, the Arts Center will also be host to food trucks to enjoy throughout the evening.
The Centennial Station Arts Center is located at 121 S. Centennial Street in downtown High Point. The Centennial Station cash bar will also be open for this event with drink specials. Advance tickets may be purchased at HighPointArts.org/events. For more information or to purchase tickets over the phone, contact the High Point Arts Council at 336-889-2787.
